  1. Delicious Peri-Peri Papad Roll:

All of you must have eaten papad with your food, especially Indians where people eat papad to add more taste in food but I can say that you must have eaten papad in two ways only, either you must have added oil to it or you must have dried it on gas.

But today I will tell you a recipe made from papad which you can try out and eat for breakfast or as a snack or evening snack.

Recipe details:

Let’s make a lovely peri-peri papad roll today. So, what we have to do is take four to five papads and soak them in water. After that, take them out when they become soft.

Spread Amul butter on those papads one by one. then after that add Amul paneer to papad by sprinkling on it completely, then you have to take oregano and chilli flakes, lightly sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano on the papad, then roll that papad, after rolling it, cut it into two parts. In this way, you have to do with the rest of papads.

After that, take a container, put oil in it, and fry those mini papad rolls, then take it out to cool down a bit, now take the peri-peri masala and pour it on it, then mix it nicely. an awesome recipe is ready to eat with mayonnaise, and red sauce or you can enjoy it with any chutney.

  • Cheesy sandwich bites:

Recipe details:

For Stuffing: Take 3 medium-sized boiled potatoes, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1/4th cup boiled corn, and mozzarella cheese Season it with some salt, black pepper, 1 finely chopped green chilli, chilli flakes, and oregano Mix everything all together

Now for the Slurry: 3 tbsp all-purpose flour/Maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1/2 cup milk, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything nicely (Slurry should not be too thick or too thin)

Now take 2 bread slices, generously spread stuffing on one piece of bread, and apply some sauce on another slice (mayonnaise and tomato ketchup)

Now sandwich both slices and cut them into quarters Dip them in the slurry and coat it in breadcrumbs Shallow/Air fry it until it becomes crispy and golden brown and here you go! Your cheesy sandwich bites are ready.

  • Seyal Bread

Recipe details:

Let’s try out something good from old bread that is not expired but 1-2 days old.

First, collect below listed Ingredients to be used:

  • Some oil
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard seeds/rai
  • A fistful of curry leaves
  • 4 slices of bread or 3-4 pan
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5-2 tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp haldi powder
  • 1 Tsp garam masala
  • 1 Tsp jeera powder
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp coriander leaves

Below is the method to prepare delicious seyal bread:

  • Cut bread into cubes.
  • In a pan, prepare masala (taking the above ingredients) by cooking onions, Rai, and curry leaves till onions become translucent
  • Add and cook tomatoes till they start becoming mushy
  • Add all dry masalas and cook for 2-3 Add water and oil further till it dries up
  • Add bread cubes and coriander leaves. Boom! It’s ready to serve warm.

Ingredients to be used for our snack are listed below-

Blue lays, kurkure, aloo bhujia Fry some papads in hot oil

For masala peanuts, in a pan, add- Oil-1-2 Tbsp

Some green chillies

Salted peanuts

Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 Tsp, turmeric powder- 1/2 Tsp, Amchur powder- 1 Tsp, Garam masala- 1 Tsp, maggi masala- 1 Packet

Chopped onion- 2 medium size

Tomato- 2 medium size

Chaat masala- 1 Tbsp

Lemon juice of 1 lemon

Some fresh coriander
